Bellissimo Pizza — Restaurant in West Virginia

I’m giving 5 stars despite no wine. I heard of a good Italian restaurant, so naturally I pictured swilling, I mean sipping, a delicious wine with my tomato-sauced entree. Well, despite the loss, I’m in love with the place. What a treasure! The menu is extensive, the smells delicious, and the atmosphere unlike any other I’ve seen here. The night of our visit, there were more people taking to go or Grub Hub than dine-in, for its dining area is small and unassuming, and flatware is serve yourself plastic. We chose to stay, were treated to fresh coffee made for us “Just because,” and thoroughly enjoyed watching and listening to the staff as they worked, played, sang and prepared a never ending list of orders. How fun! Plus, our food was fantastic! Salads to perfection, both Greek and House, with individual dressings, delicious fresh feta and mozzarella cheeses full of flavor, with generous portions. I look forward to returning for the Eggplant Parmesan (husband’s order)as the Eggplant itself tasted amazing (yes I am one of those people) and could stand alone, unlike the sauce covered Egyptian Eggplant which I ordered for myself. Update:: Since we love this place so much, we thought it would be perfect to celebrate with our family and friends our son’s first birthday in his favorite pizza restaurant!!

The staff were so good with catering. They were quick and on time. The food was hot and super delicious!! The room is cozy and nice. We were able to put our decorations beforehand. The party room was accommodating so well to over than 40 adults and 15 kids!!

Our friends LOVED the pizza and we were like, wait till you try their pasta!! 🤤🤤

This place is exceptional.

The chicken cajun pasta is by far the best pasta I have ever had. We also got pepperoni pizza and asked them to make it somewhat spicy and so they did, it turned out so good. There is something different in their crust that makes it really good so we ordered again. We got chicken bbq and greek pizza, they are all so good. Also, the greek salad with their homemade ranch is so refreshing. I'm not sure if we keep catching them on off days or what, but the last 2 experiences didn't go well so I think we'll stay away for a while to see if they improve. The first bad experience was ordering their grilled chicken wrap without onion add black olives and banana peppers but the onions were still present. Additionally, we ordered a white pizza which wasn't even cut.
