Burger King — Restaurant in West Virginia

Not only was the fries colder than the lukewarm soda they had there. They also messed up both whoppers where the meat tasted like. It had sat out for an hour or more. They forgot all the condiments and all the toppings on it. We order them as they come with cheese and still didn’t get them made correctly. On top of that they forgot the sodas we ordered with the combo and then when they did give it to us, they gave us the wrong size the blonde late 20 something/early 30 something years old lady working the drive-through was extremely rude and did not care about missing, sodas or incorrect orders, and was extremely dismissive when brought to her attention we still came home with the wrong burgers and wrong sized sodas, I would love to say that this was the first time that this is occurred that has happened on multiple occasions now where the staff mess up orders and genuinely don’t care or correct it somethings seriously needs done about this specific store whether it be new management or a complete...

As it is, I visit a few times a week. The burgers are cold (cold meat) 9 out of 10 times, even when dining in (this is a restaurant killer people, figuratively, and literally, including the latter play on words). Cold meat is both dangerous to human health, and cold sandwiches are tasteless and extremely unexpected. They are designed, seasoned, and prepared for taste, and simply cannot be enjoyed cold. If a customer wants a cold sandwich, she/he will probably eat at home. Well, enough of that for now. Also, most times I eat there the men's bathroom has been filthy, ie: toilet paper and water mix on the floor, and again I am forced to growl about the dining room heat vents. Clean, paint, whatever, just don't neglect. I have to breathe that nasty grease smelling dust....

Bunch of children running this place. It's rediculous. No one seems to know what the heck they are doing. When ordering, every staff member stares at you with the deer-in-the-headlights look, hoping you'll order small and no one else will walk in behind the first person. Some look as if first they are feeling sickly, then they hope if you MUST order, you won't order much, cause omg like it's 10:15 am and it would be a great time for a break. Come on people. Not a daycare for children. Wake up and smile, clean the nasty men's room up, change the prices on the inside menus before charging customers a new price. Heck, take the old price signs down in the kitchen AND in the outside windows before charging public a new and almost double new price (frappes)....
