Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in West Virginia

Well I drove up gave my order..ordered the 7dollar meal deal 3 PC tender I subed fries for onion rings usually they have the best . Lol.. i pull up to the window..seems like they always have young new people..she made me wait came to window I had to greet her she gave me my total..I asked for a senior discount she looked confused she stood at the Register for a couple of minutes in the mean time she gave me my drink, came back with my sundae and then my chicken and rings the she gave me my receipt and cc back said bye ? There were other cars waiting at this time so I started to pull out and glanced at my receipt and noticed no discount..I thot hmmm..I know all three managers there so might say something later.. this wasn't all of it ..so ate on the way home..only thing I ate that day about 2 or 3 am I woke up very sick I really thot I was going to die excuse me but made it to the bathroom, my body went limp then numb and I couldn't move I went into shock and passed out for a few minutes I believe..I sat there in disbelief as I emptied myself out ..this was 2 days before Christmas I didn't finish my shopping I was asleep thru most of it. it was a horrible experience..im thinking it was the Sunday because about 2 weeks prior I had a Sunday same place I got sick then but not like I just did.. didn't think twice because I was very hungry..I might think some of these kids don't know how to clean the machines I dunno? But feeling somewhat better..but will never return to dairy queen again...might forgo fast food from now on..it's really scary out there anymore..be...

Giving 2 stars…. Only because the food was somewhat good.

Don’t expect fast service. Be prepared to wait 15/20 minutes on your order. Even if you see 10 employees behind the counter.

Don’t expect friendly service. No communication. No greeting. No apologies for the wait time.

Don’t expect proper customer service. Be prepared to be “greeted” with rudeness and drive-thru windows being shut.

You can expect food being decent. But considering you wait 20mins you would hope so. Asking for napkins, utensils seems to be to much extra work also for the employees to give you…

Seems like the employees DO NOT have any urgency or rush time to get customers in and out just going with the flow getting paid by the hour. .

If you don’t mind overly priced food. Slow service and rude customer service. This place is definitely for you. I would like to add that some of these employees work do marvelously working at Karen’s Diner. (Which is an establishment where the employees get to treat customers rudely and not a care in the world about...

Poor services . My husband ordered our blizzards and they forgot about us. 20 minutes later , we asked for the blizzards and they said they forgot. Then tried to made our order. I got a cheesecake wasn’t the greatest, they made my husbands a wrong one, two times . So an hour later we got his right. And not even sorry for what they done wrong. I won’t give this place no even a one start . We won’t back here again for sure. Kids are not taking their job serious. Instead they...
