My entree, the Mediterranean salad, was hardly edible. It was drenched in dressing to the point where everything was soggy mush (and I loooove a heavy dressing job!) I added grilled chicken to the salad for a little more sustenance but the meat was dry and flavorless. Definitely won’t be returning to Forum.

The Greenbrier went above and beyond our expectations. Horseback riding, floral arranging class, charcuterie class, axe throwing and the beautiful owls are just a few things I can recommend. We will return to enjoy this amazing hotel again.

We originally canceled our reservation due to poor reviews. After further investigation had dinner any way. So glad we did. The price was fair and food was very good. The deserts were our favorite part.

We arrived at the Greenbrier on a Friday and almost all the restaurant staff have been wonderful and friendly with the exception of this restaraunt. We asked for a table on Saturday and were informed that they were booked. There were so many tables open. They informed is we could sit at the bar with our son. We attemoted but were ignored for a number of minutes and then my son felt uncomfortable at the bar, as he was 11. We decided to go to another Greenbrier restaraunt and had a good time with great food and excellent friendly service.

The next day we made reservations for The Forum and arrived about 10 minutes before our reservation after just coming in from outside. My husband was wearing his sweatshirt with a nice shirt underneath and my son and I in our coats. They seemed to have remembered us from the night before and got a little weird when we said we had a reservation. The hostess said we see your reservation, you are early and there is a dress code. I said we would go change but at that point I was fed up because we were obviously wearing our winter attire from being out in the cold and going to take off our coats. We ordered room service instead and a wonderful person delivered our food and made us feel welcome. Again the restaurant was nearly empty when we arrived for our...

If you are gluten free, you’ll be disappointed. Had to send my pasta back twice due to pasta not cooked properly. Tried to change to the gluten free pizza and manager told me it would be an hour. Manager was very nice and tried her best to accommodate. She brought me a side dish while I waited. My only option was to reorder the same pasta for the 3rd time. My dinner companions finished their dinner and ordered desert and I still had not had my dinner.

The third time around was still not cooked right. They just don’t know how to cook...

The food and service were extremely disappointing. The Tuscan soup was topped with at least two ounces of grease which had to be skimmed off to make the soup edible. It took over an hour for our pizza to be served and when it was, it was no longer hot. Our server was most likely to blame since she was busy chatting at another table for at least ten minutes after our pizza was ready. Since the tip is embedded in the check, she still automatically...
