I went inside to place a take out order because I wasn't sure what I wanted. We were the only people in the dining area at this time. We placed our order for four sandwiches and stepped to the side to wait. Another family arrived and placed a large eat in order. Two of our sandwiches were made and then we stood there as several drive thru orders went out, and then the large order for the other diners was coming out quickly while we were left standing there. The conversation between the other employees was that he only read half of our order. When the boy working the drive thru went into the kitchen to help speed things up, the cook told him to get out. During this entire experience not one of the employees offered us an explanation for the wait or an apology. Will never return nor will I ever suggest that anyone else go there. Went in to buy dinner for my family today, had a pleasant experience with the cashier and asked if my food could be fried fresh as the last few experiences there, the food was inedible and I didn't mind to wait. Cashier says it is no problem and relays the message to the back. Over the next fifteen minutes, I can see and hear the cook slamming things in the back as the drive thru is starting to fill up and he is the only one in the kitchen.
