I Don't Care Eatery and Spirits — Restaurant in West Virginia

We stopped here for lunch yesterday cause we have never been here and wanting to try something new. We walked in and there were only 2 other tables taken so they were not busy at all. We sat there for 10 minutes as waitresses walked by and looking at us from the bar area as we we wait. I got up went to the restroom and gave my mom my order in case they came while I wasn’t there. Come out of the restroom and sit and waited another 5 to 10 minutes.... no one ever came for our drink order or gave us menus, so we finally WALKED OUT. Had they even busy i would have had more patience but it was pathetic. They won’t be in business long treating customers that way. We waited for a good 20 minutes with no contact from anyone - I don’t...

I was here with a group of 8 for New Year's Eve Supper. The waitress was sweet, hard working and efficient. She kept our water glasses full and was helpful with our questions about the menu. I felt a bit sorry for her, though. Several of us had problems with our suppers and she worked hard to correct the complaints. I ordered a grouper dinner ($34!) with salad, brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes. None of my food was warm and the brussels sprouts were mushy. The salad was room temperature and wilted. The grouper would have been good if it had been hot.

I think "I Don't Care" is a very good name for this restaurant. It sort of felt like...

The staff are some of the nicest people you could encounter and we have yet to have a bad meal there. Everything is fresh, tasty, and worth your while. We went to steak night this week and were definitely not disappointed. Cooked perfectly to order and well-seasoned. They're very accommodating toward kids as well. One server noticed ours were getting a little anxious and came immediately with some crayons and kids activity placemats. They served our family with smiling faces. We love this place and will certainly return...
