I ordered two 50% off chicken sandwich specials from KFC app on KFC day July 5th 2024... My husband and I drove to pick the order up... Before leaving we make sure the order was right... Thank goodness we did because it was two SPICY chicken sandwiches... I walk back in and let the cashier know and I asked her to get her manager... the manager said that they could not do anything about it because that is the way it came up on their screen.. SHE LITERALLY ARGUED WITH ME IN FRONT OF PEOPLE... HOW EMBARRASSING AND UNPROFESSIONAL.... I told her I was going to go talk to my husband and let him know and as I was talking to my husband here comes the manager... she followed me out to our vehicle still arguing with me... At that time we just wanted her to replace it with the original sandwichs that was ordered in the first place, and she said that it would mess up the inventory... So my husband asked her, as she was standing by our vehicle, if she would give us a refund and she said no we can't do that so my husband said he will call corporate and her response was I quote " THEY WILL SIDE WITH US " we told her that we were going to leave and as we got home and discussing this we realized how unprofessional and crazy that situation was... If I was the owner of that restaurant I would be embarrassed... We are in the process of contacting the corporate office to make them aware of the situation and hopefully they can rectify things... And if you're wondering no I don't want it replaced now LOL I would just like to see that store have the proper management team and some teaching of making sure they make the customer number one and to please the customer always... And let the manager or any employee know to never ever follow a customer to their car and especially argue with them with...

The woman at drive through asked if I intentionally put 24 plates down and I said yes and I needed lots of napkins and cutlery. She had me wait even though no line in drive thru ahead of the building stating they âjust then saw the orderâ. They said they had to substitute with an original piece for one of the legs, which I said no please add another crispy of your choice. Easy peasy, right? NO. She came out and said they were only going to give me 12 plates which is NOT what I requested. KFC doesnât know how many plates are needed for this evenings dinner and just assumedâŠbut they went against my request nevertheless.
