If I could leave zero stars I would. First off, this was my first time here and will be the last. It’s not about the quality of food, but about the lack of caring of the staff in this place. Poor, poor, poor customer service. Called in to place a to go order and spoke to Walter, he put me on hold which okay you’re busy I get it, picks up the phone I started to order, again I’m still new here so I’m having a hard time explaining what I want. Walter then says, “can you hurry up, I have 3-4 other people on hold waiting”..like okay I’ve been waiting too. Asked for hot peppers, Walter got smart and said which peppers, okay I didn’t know you had a variety. Wanted to make sure one of the sandwich’s didn’t have onions because there’s a food allergy in our family, Walter didn’t care by saying with a smart attitude “that’s why you said no onions”..I said “excuse me but I don’t like how you’re being rude”. He says back “well it helps to know what you want before you call in here..” I said forgive me that it’s my first time ordering here!…Walter was very very rude. Then when confronting him about it instead of going to directly to management, he wanted to argue about it. So when asking for a manager, apparently there is no manager, only an owner who no one seems to know or knows when he’s there….bad customer service, and bad place of business..will NOT be coming back or recommending anyone...

So, for all fairness let me just say I assume. But 2 white male taking order today. The one who was being trained . Very nice. The one training him. Actual employee. Not so, seems like he just wanted me to hurry up and take my order so he could get me out of there. Ok. So. He says. ... you ready to order known It was not so much way he said it as his tone and mannerism was negative and distasteful. The next 2 customers he was very nice to. He had all his respect and mannerism. That was uncalled for. I love the food here and should not feel discriminated against because I am a paying customer who orders like everyone else. Is it not the customers who keep your business running. Would I had been treated better if I were a white / or even latina customer verses a so called black customer. Please.... remember you have many culturals /races of people that keep your business running. The nice way you are polite and nice tone you have with one race should be exact way you are with another. I hate having to stand up for myself because I have color to my skin. Please King pizza make your employees...

Truly the most incredible and the best a Italian food and menu that definitely puts their mark in the Martinsburg/Inwood West Virginia area.
3/21/2022 Andre & Dominic (the owners) are just beyond awesome. I've ordered this a good number more than few times so far. I requested a large toasted club sub with ham turkey bacon, provolone, then lettuce tomato more tomato and light mayo and mustard with banana peppers on the side. Kings charged me $12.75 which was a really good price for the sub. The quality and the taste of this sub is so good that this is in my opinion the best value and submarine sandwich I've had anywhere. Here's the punchline .... it's not on the menu, and I've ordered this at least 12 or more times in the past. This may be a local restaurant but I'm gonna tell you right now they've got several restaurants in Martinsburg West Virginia area and every single one of them is without a doubt a 5 star restaurant. Excellent value and outstanding quality of food and service. By the way ........
