So my friend Kaitlin and her fiance asked me for lunch today said hey let's check out the new Mexican restaurant have you ate there yet I said no I heard amazing things about it when is service was great food was amazing but before we ordered Caitlin had asked for a margarita he asked for her ID she presented it he said I'm sorry but I forgot to turn the margarita machine on it will take a few minutes so about 10 minutes later he comes back with one and it's like seriously Kool-Aid no ice whatsoever so he asked her if that was okay she said no not really I prefer to wait so the food comes we get into it and he comes with her Margarita or she takes a drink her fiance takes a drink it's really good but it's still has no froth to it it's seriously like not froze still she did not drink it and we all decided that it would be best that they take it off the bill so we called the waiter over and he ask will there be anything else Kaitlin said can you please take the margarita off the bill very nicely I might add the waiter looks at her disputes her and says well maybe next time you shouldn't order it for real like it almost went down on the restaurant especially after I was trying to explain to him that you don't talk to a lady like that and he says are you going to let me talk.....no you have done enough talking when he told my friend maybe she shouldn't order that again.... Our experience was a nightmare! We were there January 24th, around 7:30 pm. Very few customers were there, so we figured service would be prompt. Ten minutes after sitting in an empty dining room a young man came and took our drinks and meal order. I requested the extra guacamole listed for $1.50 on the menu. My husband's drink came five minutes later; the waiter rushed away before I could ask where mine was. Ten minutes passed...no waiter, no drink...nothing. Finally, my drink arrived with no apology or explanation. Another five minutes passed with no food, and an older gentleman, perhaps the owner, asked if we had given our food order, since nothing was showing on the computer. So we repeated what we'd ordered, and again I asked for the extra guacamole. The meals came -- with no guacamole, and no salsa that was listed for my husband's dish. The waiter was no where to be seen. Finally, when we were finished, he started to bring the bill, and I asked not to be charged for the guacamole since I'd never gotten it. He insisted I take it home and enjoy it. No, I never got it with my meal. Please take it off the bill. Never saw him again. The older gentleman brought the check, and there was a charge for $4.50 for the guacamole. We explained what had happened, and there was no apology for that, or the terrible service.
