3 of us went it at approx. 5 pm on a Tuesday. There were 3 people up front. 2 seemed fairly new, the 3rd (a fair skinned girl) was kind of rude and bossing the other two. We were already unhappy with our visit because of her unpleasantness. The other 2 in my party each got a sandwich. When I came up to order my 3 the unpleasant girl called for help from the back. A tall young man came up to assist. The unpleasant girl then left. From behind us in the lobby we hear a woman (maybe the manager) yelling to the young man about why he was working the line, he was supposed to be working on a project in the back. She then came around to the other side of the counter, took the new girl that was ringing one of us out and physically moved her over to the line, then started reprimanding the new guy about how the meat was laid out on my sandwich while I was trying to tell him what toppings I wanted. I asked if she could let him finish my sandwich before she continued to yell at him, to which she replied "probably not". There were more customers in the store at this point so she proceeded to help make their sandwiches. As the new guy was ringing me up I asked him what the managers name was. He said her name and that she was the owner. I was shocked!!! She walked back to the back and gave me a dirty look as she passed. The previous reviewer must have been a friend. This woman clearly knows nothing about customer service or how to treat her employees. My family and I will NEVER go back to this Subway ever again. We would rather drive the extra couple miles to the next town if we want Subway. Subway should not want this woman to represent their name. ...
Read morei usually have a great experience when i go in there. i normally go in at night. but today i went in during the day. there was this younger girl and younger guy and older girl and the younger guy cut gave me a “6 inch” which ended up being only like 4 inches and i said something. she even put it next to someone else’s and it was clearly not the same size. i ended up saying “it’s fine” and the rest of the time she was giving me an attitude and being really passive aggressive and kept rushing me. she barley put anything on my sandwich it was basically just bread and mayo. i ended up going home and eating it and it tasted like actual eggs. i don’t know how you mess up putting stuff on a sandwich but somehow she did. i call to try to talk and get it fixed and she answered. i asked to speak to someone else and she was giving me the run around and taking forever to get me to someone so i ended up saying “it’s fine, have a good day” and then hung up. i have never had anyone in there that has been mean but the two girls that were in there today were awful. mainly the one that made my sandwich but the other one was standing there with her hands on her hips rolling her eyes. this sandwich was not worth the money i paid for it. i usually have a GREAT experience at night everyone’s happy and there’s good energy but the morning shift needs to be changed or talked to or something because that is not how you treat customers. i also feel really sick after i ate that. i feel like im going to throw up i don’t know how you do that with a sandwich...
Read moreI had a coupon for buy a sub, drink and chip and get second sub of equal or lesser value for free. Picked the subs up that had been ordered over the phone. Upon returning home and looking at the bill I was very angry. I had ordered 2 philly cheesesteak subs. They are listed for $8.75 each on the menu. This subway billed me $7.75 for regular steak sub but added $3.00 for extra meat making the philly cheesesteak $10.75 plus charged me another $3.00 for the extra meat on the free sub.
