The Incline Bar — Restaurant in West Virginia

I must say, most of the other reviews are absolutely correct! The Incline bar is the epitome of the 80s show Cheers.

I have been there four times and every time I have, it’s the same seven or eight people. I can only assume that just like cheers, these people are belly up to the bar instead of being home with their families. Three out of the four times there was a bearded skeleton with a walker, asking people for shots. On another note, if you’re female, there’s a pretty good chance you don’t have to pay for most drinks! I watched a bartender hand drinks to two girls, did he take their money? No! Did he mark it on their tab just like he did mine not 30 seconds before? Nope! If you want to feel good about yourself by all means, check this place...

Great small bar/hole in the wall/"Cheers" type bar. Alot of super friendly regulars plus an amazing array of "unique" one off characters. Owner recently built a large porch like deck for the warmer days and cooler nights. Bar recently (7/1/22) went smoke free indoors, definitely doesn't have the dive bar smell anymore.
