I am sorry to have to write this negative review but this used to be my favorite Wendy’s location to order drive through food since I rarely eat in and always take food home to my family. The past several times I’ve ordered a Dave’s single hamburger, not a cheeseburger but they always have cheese! I am always redundantly saying hamburger with NO CHEESE. I do not like to stop and open up my sandwiches to look if they are made accurately, mainly because I want to keep them hot for my 20-30 minute drive home. There has been a few other problems with mixed up orders, & cold fries, but the hamburgers with 2 slices of melted cheese are the worst, as no one at my home likes nor eats cheese. It’s very hard to take off 2 pieces of melted cheese to make it edible. My other reviews will reflect that I rarely give a negative review unless it’s truly warranted. I’m also sorry to report the manager usually working at the time of my mix ups is Rex. I’m sorry to list the name but possibly it will help this location to better check the accuracy of their customers orders. I’m hoping to prevent others from buying and taking home food they do not want, nor ordered, and cannot eat. Managers please start checking the drive through and the “to go” orders for your customers. I believe that’s the best way to prevent mix ups. In the future I will be using the Teays Valley Wendy’s. Again, I’m sorry for such a negative but...
Read moreWe did a mobile order, and didn't receive 5 of our 17 items initially in the drive through. I told them I was missing frosties after waiting a while at the window, and they gave me a different type from that we ordered. I figured it was better than nothing so just took it. I asked if that's all I ordered and they said yes. I thought maybe I messed up ordering. I decided to park so I could double check my order for the missing frosty and saw we were also missing other items. There was no toy or apple slices in the kids meal. I got those items and the second missing frosty inside at the register. I didn't realize until later down the road that we were still missing a milk for the kids meal. The food was ok, but we probably won't be back...
Read moreOk first of all the cashier was friendly and seemed a little shy food was good. And some guy came out of the kitchen with his apron and headset still on he obviously was preparing orders. As he proceeded to come out of the kitchen it was obvious that he needed to go to the restroom. In front of us and everyone in the dining room he’s was u doing his pants walking towards the bathroom. Remind you he didn’t even take his apron off. I can almost promise you he didn’t wash his hands because honestly it didn’t matter considering he was adjusting his self and pants as he walked out of the restroom 🤦♀️ I’ll probably never eat there again because of simple hygiene such as washing your hands after using the restroom I mean toddlers...
