7B's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Westfield

I got a new job in the area and have been trying their food for a few months, everything is great. Burgers, garlic parm fries, pulled pork sandwich, and hot wings have all been fantastic.

But the BBQ grilled chx salad deserves it’s own praise. Flavors and ingredients are amazing. bbq and honey vinaigrette play nice together. Delicious crispy bacon and fresh lettuce and plenty of it. One of the better salads in western mass and I’ve tried plenty.

The service was also a positive. I ordered to-go and they forgot the dressing, the bbq sauce on the chicken, AND the silverware. These things happen at a busy Bar and Grille. I went straight back to work so providing my own fork or dressing wasn’t possible once I discovered this.

I made it back to the restaurant later on and spoke with Bree, explaining the situation. She was understanding, concerned, apologetic, and friendly. They made me another salad which was perfect and delicious. Also lightning fast under five minutes. We found this hidden gem when friends moved to Westfield. We usually get it to go and eat at their house. I was glad tonight my husband and I were in the area & decided to stop by. They have a great tent set up for out door dining, which I'm really going to miss when the colder New England days finally reach us. Our server, which I totally dropped the ball getting her name, was super. I am not a beer person so she had some great suggestions to try, I recommend the Carmel apple cider, was very attentive to all the tables as I think it was busier than expected for a rainy Tuesday night. I was not worried in the least about the food because that was spot on as always. I hope this review helps bring in people but at the same time don't want our hidden gem to get to popular lol. Have spent so much money going here with my girlfriend over the past few years, ordered a burger tonight, it was the most greasiest oily thing I have ever eaten, it fell apart and tasted just off, when the waitress came to take the plates, I had to tell her I didn’t like it , she offers to take it off the tab after she speaks to the manager, comes back and says “we can only give you 20% off of it , next time tell us and we will remake it” , in that time the waitress never came to ask me how it was , I ate just about a 1/4 of it before it fell apart … it was 51$ for 4 mozzarella sticks and 2 sodas and 2 burgers, that was after the whole 3$ off they gave me for the burger … after all the time and money I’ve spent there I will never go back, as a loyal customer that...
