Gigi's Pizza — Restaurant in Westfield

The food is good but one of the order takers is so rude here it makes me super uncomfortable. She has no problem talking down to customers or co-workers for that matter. I can understand someone having a bad day and being rude once but this is consistent. She's very bad for business. I've never left a poor review in my life but I think it's important for the business to know how much of an impact poor customer service can have. She treats you like it's a problem that you've called, it's a burden that you're in there and she can't wait for you to leave.The other girl who works the counter is an angel and super nice and helpful. The delivery drivers all seem really cool and nice. She's the only one that has a problem. Check the other reviews we're all referencing the same person. Go ahead and order the food cuz it's good but don't expect to be spoken to like a human being if...

I thought that the Food was good but the staff was rude.... rude rude rude.. they actually want to charge you $2 for any condiments that you might need on the side. When I did walk back into the restaurant I heard them talking rudely about the customer that was just in there which was me. and I spoke very nicely and even though as rude as they were I kept thanking them for their help. I asked if I could use some of the condiments before I walked out of the restaurant as if I was to eat in and she said we are still going to charge you. So if you decide to eat there just grab the food and hope that you have everything you need because they want to charge you for every little thing. She even stated that this is not a dine in restaurant but there was a table set up so...

Terrible customer service. Just had an incident there where we picked up a pizza and it was burnt on the bottom. Didn't realize it until we got home no one would eat it most of it was thrown in the trash. I called them to tell them it was burnt and the wonkey eyed troll with zero customer service "couldn't deal" so she gave the phone to the owner and he wanted me to bring back the pizza and he would give me another. I said I spend so much money with them and he said he didn't need my business so I brought the burnt pizza back and said never again will I buy from you and that's it. These people are aholes.
