Santorini Pizzeria Restaurant — Restaurant in Westfield

Hello,

Today my family and I were hungry for some pizza and googled this restaurant. It presented to have decent reviews so we decided to order from the restaurant in hopes that it would be good. However when I called the number I was not properly greeted, rather, demanded I hold. I proceeded to wait my turn, then a women answered asking me my order, the women on the phone appeared to be disoriented and was rushing my order, I thought this was odd as I am paying customer. She was talking a mile a minute and was not listening to me to the point I felt very disrespected. I continued to endure her short responses and lack of customer service skills throughout the call, until told her I was not going to order from this restaurant. Before I could say my reasonings, she hung up the phone on me. I know places are busy and these times are not the greatest due to Covid/ the Pandemic but NO ONE DESERVES TO BE TREATED LIKE THAT! I would not recommend this restaurant unless you are comfortable with that kind of customer service.

Ps. When I asked her about the reviews for two of the different items she was suggesting, she told me "I don't have time for this please order something, I have 3 other people waiting". I clearly wasn't a worthy customer who was...

I ordered the Buffalo steak and cheese which is a favorite of mine that I haven't been able to find locally so I was pumped when I saw it on the menu. I was given a buffalo chicken grinder with some sort of sweet tangy bbq/ buffalo sauce. Sent it back....was brought a "buffalo steak and cheese" with CHEDDAR CHEESE! And the same sweet sauce....disappointed. if it was halfway decent I'd accept,I'm not too picky but yall...naaaaahhhhh. I ordered potato skins with the works (broccoli bacon and cheese) choice between shredded and cheese sauce. Was suggested to go with the cheese sauce and I obliged. Great potato skins. They were the saving grace of this debacle lol. Decent service....but didn't at all ask what I wanted on my steak And cheese or offered any options of vegetables or anything. I'll give the place another shot to add a star or 2 but this trip was highly disappointing. Service was timely, waitress was...

Been ordering at this restaurant for over 10 years food is usually always consistent and i’ve never had to complain. Tonight I had ordered the chicken gyro which I have gotten plenty of times in the past but tonight the sauce tasted like it had gone bad or something wasn’t right, I called them and asked them if I could get a different meal and the owner insisted that he tried the chicken and it was fine even though that wasn’t what I was complaining about. He told me there was nothing he could do about it and was giving me a hard time about a refund. He continued to laugh at me on the phone because I wanted a refund or a new meal. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 5+ years and I’ve never heard anybody speak to a highly paying customer. Can’t believe i’ve spent thousands here just to find out the owner doesn’t care about the quality of his food. Would give 0 stars after this...
