Bánh Mì & Chè Cali Bakery — Restaurant in Westminster

Very dissappointed since my boyfriend asked me to take him to this spot by I liked, but I had forgotten where it was. So, looking on maps to get to this place, I was trying to find their other location...The ladies working that night we're rude, didny speak very clear engligh, so they just decided to be not helpful and refused to answer my questions on what certain items were behind the glass. And there wasn't even a line. Ended up spending more that we intended because we had no clue what we were getting. When we got home and I tried the items we bought I had to spit it out because I thought it was a completely different food item. They didn't even have the kind of boba drink he wanted, so the whole trip to this place was a let down and definitely a waste of money. We had drove all the way across town for their deals, frusterated by our experience, and because we spent more money than anticipated on something we could have got closer to home, him and I got into a fight which was stupid! We walk out the door and there were a bunch of very pushy homeless beggars with out-streched hands speaking in Vietnamese at us. It was very uncomfortable, since we were already in a sour mood leaving the bakery. I felt like a jerk turning them down. I would never go back there. The other location is better, but sorry, two...

Came in today to buy food and drink for my family. 2 staffs ladies at the drink gave us hard time back and ford just for a cup holder for 4 drinks we ordered. The younger staff lady kept insisted that we don’t have enough drinks to put on the cup holder when we ordered 4 drinks????? I don’t know if she had hard time of counting or know how to count. The older lady next to her kept saying don’t give them cup holder. We had to get the manager involved, even the manager asked her staffs why they didn’t it to us. And these 2 staff ladies had no reason to explain to their own manager. Terrible experience here at the popular food store in town. Wonder if they care about customer at all. Even if we spent a lot on their food and drinks, the treatment was still the same as if we bought only one cup of coffee. They only care for cup holder and plastic bag. Made me now started to doubt about their foods quality behind all this. Good luck guys if you came to this store...

So so so bad customer service!!! A woman who do delivery at sweet soup counter was so so rude. I gave the ticket to another woman nearby then she made the triple cups of sweet soup for me and tranfer to parking and delivery women, this woman ask me for my ticket and I answer yes I gave it to the woman who made triple sweet cups but this woman (who parked triple sweet coups) said loudly: NO they did not receive the ticket!😡😡😡 And I recognized that my ticket was still there on the top of the sweet soup counter near the place they make sweet soups for customer! I am so disappointed about the way they treat the customer in here when they are standing in the US, this case they had received the ticket already before making triple sweet soup cups for customer , so they got to say “Im sorry, let me double check again for the ticket” instead said loudly like there was cheating from...
