Dunkin' — Restaurant in Westminster

Very rude employee. She was working alone and at first I was going to tip her because she was slaying away at the orders. (We were mobile order) however she was doing mobile orders that were not already there while there was a long line and a few people that did mobile order waiting. She made our drinks (at the same time of making the other mobile order drinks, and it looks like she did not follow any of the hot coffees order and just made them as is )and one of our sandwiches. We waited another 10 mins as we watch her only do mobile orders, and when I said in a polite manner "oh hey we also got a glaze stick also" and she basically bit my head off saying she is doing other orders and she is alone and I have to wait. She gave me my glaze stick right after that which was fine, but what really made me write this review was the attitude and how she just made the hot coffees as they were, and did not add Irish cream in my coffee, which isn't really worth a review, however, the fact that I watched her make a bunch of hot coffees at the same time not follow what was the orders...

I go there nearly every evening, get the same things every time...Robert saves out my multigrain bagel and butternut donut in the morning, so if they run out during the day, I'll still get mine. And Stan, who works in the evenings always has my order ready for me. He even remembers my second favorite donut in case there are no butternut ones...is a french driller. Then there is Jason, who also always makes sure my order is set aside for me. And all the staff is friendly and efficient. I have on- the-go ordering, which is Great! The one thing that I wish were different is the closing time. They're only open til nine though the convenience store is open till eleven. Wish it were open at least...

Such an awful at dunkin in westminster vermont this morning...this chick shoild quit now she has ZERO customer service ABSOLUTELY NONE I WAS AN INCONVENIENCE because I wanted a dozen donuts ...it wasn't my imagination....it was so bad the cashier from store side agreed and was shaking her head with me....ABSOLUTELY will not return for this and nobody else should feel that put out for paying money for what dunkin sells dont like ur job...
