This place used to be spot on. The last time I went my croissant was so crunchy it just crumbled apart into flakes. The biggest mess imaginable. Who eats crunchy croissants? And My kids hashbrowns weren’t even cooked. But because I’ve never had a bad experience prior I went back today. And it was even worst than last time. Same issue with my croissant. There were two female workers. The woman at the register was very nice & attentive. However, the woman in the back was running around like crazy and endlessly commenting on how she "doesn't get paid enough to do this" etc. She was fairly rude and unwelcoming. Went threw drive threw ordered 2 hot coffee, she made 2 ice coffee .. she fixed the order no problem. BUT if she was not on her phone she may have got it right but her phone call was/is more important then the customers at this place .. their was another incident with a hot coffee without a cover properly on burning me.
