This was our go to spot for calzones. Recently had a terrible experience Ordered 2 calzones on a Tuesday around 6pm. Was told 20 minutes which was odd for delivery so I expected longer. 50 minutes later I call and was told all deliveries were out and it should be there within 5 minutes. 20 minutes later the drivers shows up. Knocks down one of our fall decorations and puts it back, not a big deal until I noticed later he broke it and didnât say anything! Then the driver had no change for a cash payment. So now I had to call the store for a card payment. No offer to comp or discount anything for the delay and inconvenience. Then to top it all off the food was subpar and not hot. I understand anyplace can have an off day, but this was just ridiculous. We will give them one more shot but I even asked if it was under new ownership because this was the complete opposite of what we have experienced before
UPDATE gave them another shot and back to the same ole place we love. Calzone was great and buffalo chicken wrap was delicious. Delivery was a little long but to be expected on a...
Read moreI ordered ahead and paid so that my fiancĂ© could pick up food on his way home. First of all, they gave our food to the wrong person. Inconvenient, sure, but mistakes happen and they said theyâd make us a new order.
My fiancé is waiting in his car, and sees someone pull up and bring food back inside. This ended up being our food that was accidentally given, which they then tried to bring outside to him! To me, that is unsanitary and unacceptable.
My fiancĂ© pointed this out to them and they tried telling him âat least the food isnât old!â No, just touched by some stranger and cold! My fiancĂ© had to make a huge stink to be given the freshly remade order. Not to mention, he was being spoken to the entire time without a mask, which is the smallest problem here!
They lost a repeat customer this time, imagine how many times this has happened and if my fiancĂ© hadnât been there to see we would have been served this returned order! Done...

The first time I ordered a pepperoni calzone and there was only a thin spread of pepperoni on it. That has happened at other pizza places so at first I didn't think much of it. Until we ordered a second time, this time we ordered a linguica calzone, and a chicken finger dinner. Again the calzone had barely any filling. And the chicken fingers were fine, but the fries were cold and soggy. That could have been from the over an hour wait it took, after they said it was only 30-40 minutes for our order to get there. I can't say I won't ever eat there again, but it certainly wouldn't be my...
