Subway — Restaurant in Westville

Ordered online. Went 10 mins after the app said my food would be ready and there was a line of customers and only 1 person working! Asked if he had gotten my order done and he said not yet. I told him to cancel it and he said ok. I told him I was gonna make a complaint and it was definitely not his fault. Sent 2 emails from the app and no answer. No refund or anything. That’s ok, keep the $14.00, you’ll never get another dime from me and I’ll ruin every sale I can for you! I was just in there last night, from ordering online! They had no motivation to get any orders done fast or care too! Went inside because there was 4 cars in the drive thru and they got one order from that because the others drove off, I stood in there for 25 minutes after my app told me to go there and pick up my food.
