This is by far the worst subway I have ever gone to in my entire life. The Subway that I purchased costs me 15 dollars so you would think the very least I would get from purchasing such an expensive sandwich is decent customer service, but nah this place has everything but that. The lady serving me had the audacity to treat me like a dog. From the receipt I got, the employee who treated me so poorly is employee with ID #999997. This female employee refused to put my sandwich on the oven, which I know every single subway asks if you want it to be toasted or not. And when I asked her to toast my subway she refused to do so and when I asked why, she said because the paper on the subway will burn. What type of low IQ employee puts wrapping paper on the oven with the sandwich? OBVIOUSLY I WAS ASKING HER TO TOAST THE SANDWICH WITHOUT THE WRAPPING PAPER, ITS NOT SOMETHING THAT NEEDS TO BE SAID. Clearly she just wasn't trying to do what I asked her to, which every single subway in the existence of America has ever done, so she just gave me a room temp IQ response to say no. I asked her once more to toast the sandwich but to remove any cooking paper thats wrapping the sandwich so it wouldn't burn but she instead replied with "Next time just take the sandwich as is." At that point I was done with her. I am NOT gonna bend over for her begging her to toast one measly subway sandwich. That's not the full story however, when I got home to eat the poorly made sandwich by this female subway employee, I took a bite out of the sandwich and noticed there was HAIR inside the freaking sub! and it wasn't an eyelash or some sort of small piece of hair, it was a bundle of this woman's disgusting head hair which was super long! This made me sick to my stomach and I threw up and completely lost any appetite I had. I think this experience has turned me off from any and all subways for a LONG time! Fire...
Read moreI understand subway is an equal opportunity employer, but the guy making my sandwich was either blind or it was his first time making a sandwich. He put about 4 pieces of spinach on my 6inch sub, bunched all the ingredients toward the middle of the sandwich, and did not offer the $6 combo even though I ordered a 6inch from the combo menu and bought chips. So basically he didn’t want to bother giving me the drink if I didn’t ask for it. I’ll go to the subway connected to the gas station down the street if this is how I’ll be treated. 2 stars because the lady who made my sandwich the other day was much...
Read moreThe pair of girls working here this evening need an attitude adjustment. First, when the customer has a question about the order charge, you address it immediately rather than engaging in verbal jousting. Second, when your customer presents a coupon, you accept it cheerfully and don't act like they are pulling a fast one. I was here for only ten minutes -- now I get to eat my dinner with a sour taste due to...
