Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Wheeling

Order pizza on app and was charged. Show up to get pizza and store is closed. So no pizza no anwsers. Call next day they said closed due to staff issues and offer to remake order for 5pm. Show up no pizza ready and they have no idea about it. So talk to same girl on phone that said it would be ready at 5. Shes say we will refund order cost tomorrow for you when they are here and to make it right we will remake order at 9 for you.. So show up for refund and told was against policy to remake and refund it and I was told wrong by staff. So since they made it no money back even though I would have took the money back over pizza a day late for a whole crew of workers. I will never go to this store again and advise everyone else to avoid it. 3 days issues and lies not customers fault there are...

Overall, I gave this location 4 stars. The food is good, no better or worse than an average Little Caesars pizza. However there have been times that I have gone in and they've been quite busy, causing some of the employees to be under apparent stress and snippy with some customers. Having worked in the food business I understand how chaotic things can get when busy but it should never be taken out on your customers. I don't have this issue often but I still found it common enough to be necessary to include in the review. Overall I am very happy with my experiences here but it can sometimes be hit or miss as far as customer...

This store owes my husband $8.00. Why do places not have managers anymore? All kids running it. They failed to call my husband and said they were out of breadsticks so when he showed up he just got the pepperoni pizza and NO ONE knows how to GIVE A REFUND? It was on a debit card....They also closed right after my husband and another costumer got their orders. Very rude and unprofessional service. We have the receipt I would like it if a manager could contact us. We were suppose to get two orders of breadsticks through the app we used.....UNPROFESSIONAL and this use to be...
