I was really excited to get a restaurant in the neighborhood within golf cart distance. First time we went, the food was ok but we chalked it up to the limited menu before the grand opening. Second time was a full menu. First, the mozzarella sticks were mentioned as a daily special so were ordered them. One bite and they were still frozen. After 10 minutes trying to flag down a waitress, they took them back to get another batch, only to come tell us they were all out now. Next up, the ground beef queso nachos which are pictured. I’m not a picky eater but this was too much. It was just one big tray of slop. The chips were slathered and’ soggy, covered in a pile of wet, shredded lettuce and any beef I found was under all the chips. Just a huge disappointment. Icing on the cake was my wife ordering a slice of pecan pie, only to have them return and have to report they were out of that as well. To the waitresses credit, she brought us a slice of chocolate peanut butter cake on the house to take home. By the way, this was at 6:30pm, not just before closing or anything. The place looks great, the servers are nice, but so far, the food has been sub par.

What an incredible soft opening. The staff and the owner came up to us personally and made us feel welcomed. The vibe inside the restaurant in our country club matches everything , and glad to have something so close to us. The bartenders Moscow Mules and the cooks Reuben Sandwiches were perfect ! Thanks Bell Tree @ Whispering Pines !

2-4-2024, got take out pulled pork quesadella and waffle sweet potato fries. When I got home, less than 10 mins later, the quesadilla was so greasy it was sitting in a puddle of oil (see photo) and the fries were soggy. Very disappointing.

I am so disappointed! I love the southern pines location so was very excited to try the new location on Easter for their brunch buffet until I tried the food! Just complete garbage! The biscuits could break a window, the sausage fossilized and just snapped in half! The eggs were runny and the veggies were not cooked-You have to sauté the veggies then add the eggs! Also it was super hot, no AC! I felt like they stole my money at this point, the only thing that had an ounce of hope was the very warm mimosas! 25 dollars a plate was excessive so I was expecting way more! Save your money and spend 15 dollars at pine crest inn for their awesome breakfast buffet! Please retrain your cook and staff to watch the food so it doesn't go bad! C'mon bell...

Came in and got a ribeye which was a 1/4 inch thick with 40% fat for $30 and on top of that I got charged twice for my dinner and after two weeks of waiting for them to refund my money they tell me I need to take it up with my bank…I’m not the one to complain or leave bad reviews and didn’t intend to even say anything about the steak but if this is how you treat your customers then I’m gonna treat them...
