Subway — Restaurant in White Bluff

My daughter and I ordered through drive through as prompted. Ordering a rotisserie chicken foot long toasted with spinach and sweet onion sauce, as well as a 6in black forest toasted with olives and oil/vinegar.... after waiting 10 min or so for our order being the only ones in line or there, we drive home. Opening our sandwiches, both were cold, untoasted, both missing ingredients and soggy. We payed almost $20 for ultimately just soggy bread sandwiches that we had to toss from the taste. Out of 3 employees in the store 1 had a mask on and gloves. When I first walked in 1 boy was siting on the counter no mask. 1 girl no mask or gloves on at all made food with no gloves or mask. The boy that was siting on the counter got off the counter never washed his hand and started doing prep work right where he had been siting and still never put gloves on at all. So far I've never had a bad experience at this loaction the Manager Jessica is super friendly and helpful. I've only had one minor inconvenience and I brought to her attention and she was very receptive and ensured she would correct the issue so I nor anyone else would have the issue in the future. I frequently go in after dropping my kids at school and would definitely recommend this location for anyone...
