Let me preface by saying that I absolutely love and adore small businesses, especially pizza ones! I was told many wonderful things about this place and had been wanting to try it for awhile! Unfortunately, it just missed the mark for us. We waited around 45 minutes for our two pizzas, which could’ve been worse considering that they were super busy. The workers were very nice! The pizza was just not worth it for us. The margarita had a minuscule amount of basil and mozzarella that was overpowered by the large amount of marinara and the specialty pizza for the month was pecan pie, unfortunate for a specialty pizza to be a dessert one. Per the picture, the pecan pie was not good (personal preference). I’m not sure if the pizza itself was burnt or if it was the pecan pie filling and the texture was very grainy. Overall, I’m hoping that them being so busy is what maybe made the quality of the pizza not great, but I’m not sure if I want to waste another $40 to find out.

We ordered a hawaiian pizza and a side salad. Pizza was good, used good quality ham, but canned pineapple (fresh would be my only requested improvement). Dough was different, almost sourdough - very yummy. The house tomato vinegrette dressing... I could eat every day!! I liked the environment. We ate in their outside area at a picnic table with good music playing in the yard. Pizza took about 30 mins - wish it was a bit faster. Didn't seem slammed, but I don't know what the queue before us looked like. They also didn't have any bread available for purchase (Sat night) - I really wanted to buy some to bring home for the week. Will have to research the baking schedule. I will definitely come back!

Can't say enough good things about Crust & Crumb, we drove about 100 miles to meet some friends there have dinner and pick up a bread order. We got 4 different pizzas that were all delicious, the pizza dough was some of the best I ever had. I got a sourdough rustic and jalapeno cheddar rustic loaf along with a sourdough sandwich loaf. They all are different and excellent in their own way, the sourdough sandwich loaf makes for great sandwiches or Blt's. The location is very nice and relaxing as well, you feel like you're at a park eating outside. Thanks you for taking the time to make this excellent food.

Came to try their pizza for the first time . Being a California resident my whole life , I was in a place where good food is all around me . Coming to East Texas the food just isn’t what I’m used to . Not to put Texas down it’s just California and even New York is known for their food . Though Texas is known for their bbq California is known for their ethnic foods and very creative food creations . I was impressed with this pizza it reminds me of something you would find in California , believe me that may not sounds good to Texans but it’s a compliment .Though Cali had bad politics their food is amazing . It was refreshing to get a taste of something so spectacular as Crust and Crumb . The customer service is just as great as the food. Anyone who knows me ( I’m a cook and very very hard to please ) so I often do not leave good reviews . I’m very picky and very critical ( my passion is food ) . So anyone who gets a good review from me is a place you need to go . Pizza meets sophistication here , a drizzle of honey with spice is the perfect pair. If I were to give it a number it would be a 10 . Thank you to the owner for good food and good conversation . Congratulations to your family, and as the word says , what ever your hands do , do it for the...

I'll start with the three main points I thought about: first, the pizza is great all around. The flavor is unique in comparison to the more common options. The ingredients are fresh, the cheese is phenomenal, the crust is nice and crisp, and the kids choice is on par.

Second, the staff was attentive, kind, and checked up regularly (not like every two minutes, but appropriately).

Third, my guess is the long wait is due to the amount of people excited to enjoy the same experience I had: corn hole, dominos, bananagrams, checkers and even some folks enjoying a cold beverage (byob) over a nice conversation and mouth watering pizza!

P.S. each month they have a one time special, better try this month's before its gone for good!

Loved this place, the atmosphere, the music, and everything in between. Definitely give this...
