Top Sushi and Grill — Restaurant in White Settlement

I absolutely love the food. It can’t be beat anywhere near. Unfortunately, I have two massive complaints. They never, and I reiterate NEVER, answer their phone. The second and worst complaint is that they close completely on days when they are supposed to be open. The problematic part of this is they still take online orders when they do this and when you go to pick it up, they are not there and you spend weeks trying to get your money back! Do it once, shame on them. Do it twice (yes, I’m an idiot) shame on me. But shame on them for letting this happen over and over. Because they won’t answer their phone, there is no way to know if they’re actually open according to their business hours. Have now driven the 15 minutes there three times to find them closed during lunch hours M-F. So disappointing. We ordered for the very first time and did take out but man oh man was the food delicious. This place did not disappoint and impressed us very much. We got the chicken fried rice, spicy ramen, avalanche specialty roll and crunchy classic roll. My only request would be to slice the sushi roll pieces a little thinner because they were too thick to eat whole. I had to take half bites and then they fall apart a little bit, but my my my were they absolutely delicious. We will absolutely be back. Hubby gulped down the spicy ramen soup. Great portion sizes. This is some of the worst service I've received. I arrived and ordered some food. I got miso soup and an avocado as an appetizer. I went ahead and ordered sushi as well. I was the only customer in the restaurant at the time. A while after I had been there another couple came in. I was still waiting on my roll. After a while of waiting they brought out two rolls to the couple. I thought, okay, maybe mine will come to me soon. I waited a little while longer and they brought out an additional two rolls to the couple, so that made a total of four rolls and I still didn't have my food.
