BEWARE!!!!! I frequent this McD as I live in the area, and there are few options near home. It used to be awesome. There is nothing good anymore anytime, day or night. Workers are usually polite, but that's it. I just went through and I get a bigmac missing a meat patty, 2 medium sized, gross, soggy old fries that were likely dipped in the fryer to make them look "hot & fresh" but they are barely warm, greasy, soggy and stale. Funky, cold pies that are really old to the point they are thick and gooky and hard to even chew. The workers even went so far as to peel the sticker off the box(see photo) where the use by time was, they would've been better off using that miniscule effort to instead place them in the trash where they belonged. Paying $5 for a large frappe that is only 2/3 full(see photo). Worst of all, I grabbed a funky fry to try anyways, and out comes a big hair with it, and it certainly was not mine. I never complain but, I'm doing it this time. Especially with their unusually high prices for everything and for it to be so terrible, as well. I'm writing this hoping that many people will see it and hopefully enough will stop going here until McD can understand through the loss of business that this type of service is totally unacceptable and nobody is willing to spend (a hefty amount of) their hard earned money for the high priced garbage being half served. Furthermore, I've become very ill-feeling, already! That sure didn't take long, I should have known better than to continue eating anything after realizing all of these things. Lastly, because none of this is a one-time thing but a rather repetitive problem in general and overall, it has ultimately led to this terrible review. In the event they change these very serious issues with their incredibly poor quality and provide all of what is purchased, nothing missing or reducing the volume of what should be there, I will adjust or remove my poor review accordingly. I'm looking forward to some type of response that hopefully includes an explanation and a resolution to my specific issue(s) as well as a consistent, positive experience to follow. I'll give them time to respond. If this is relevant to you, keep an eye out for my follow-up or edited post, whether they...
Read moreBecause I live close by, I frequent this McDonald’s almost daily. Usually I go in the daytime and the people who work the drive-through are always extremely friendly, smiling, polite, they say hi and please and thank you. Just like anybody with half a brain that works in Customer Service should do. However, on the rare occasions that I have to go there at night, it’s like a completely different world. I seem to get the same rude, no personality girl in the drive-through in the evenings. I don’t know her name, but she is the heavyset girl who never smiles, never says hi, never says please or thank you and is just downright rude. I even mentioned to the dayshift that they need to do something with these night shift people. This is clearly a management problem. Well tonight, I go and order what I order every single time which is the five dollar deal. I always make a point of saying please and thank you when I’m ordering on the speaker. So the same rude heavyset girl , with no smile and no personality once again was at the drive-through and when she gave me my food, she practically threw the bag at me. I will say tossed is a more accurate term and mumbled something which I couldn’t hear so when I got home I open the bag to find out all that is in it is a large fry and a small fry. No McDouble, no nuggets. So I called to talk to the manager, whose name is Alana. And as I was explaining things to her, I also let her know my unhappiness with how rude this person is every single time. But then I found out why the service is so piss poor in the evenings as it is most definitely a management issue. Alana was very rude with me and kept cutting me off, not allowing me to even speak and being super sarcastic and condescending and treating me like I was a little child. So I told her I would just speak with the manager in the morning, which I will be doing. People say it’s just McDonald’s but they start people out at 18 bucks an hour here and really regardless of how much money you’re making if you don’t have the common decency, the base quality to say hi and smile and say please and thank you, you don’t deserve to work even at McDonald’s take your rude ass to a factory...
Read moreFrom the moment I stepped into this McDonald's, I knew I was in for a treat. As someone whose family owns a McDonald's, I have a deep appreciation for the standards and quality expected from this global brand. However, this particular location took those expectations and elevated them to a whole new level. Firstly, the food was nothing short of amazing. Each bite of my meal was a testament to the meticulous care and attention to detail that the chefs put into their work. The ingredients tasted fresher, the flavors were more vibrant, and even the presentation was a step above what I've come to expect from fast food. It’s clear that this McDonald's prioritizes quality and customer satisfaction above all. The staff greeted us with genuine warmth and made us feel valued and welcome. The cleanliness and organization of the space also contributed to a very pleasant dining experience. In comparison to the McDonald's my family owns, I see areas where we can learn and grow. It’s inspiring to see what’s possible within the same brand but with different execution. This experience has not only provided me with a memorable meal but also valuable insights into how we can enhance our own...
