We have been ordering here for 2 years and mostly we get good pizza. But here lately, the owner must be squeezing the business for maximum profits. The staff has been cut drastically, and prices have been increased around 30%. I can see that a price increase of 10-15%, but for the cheapest item that makes the most money for a business, it's a pizza. We don't eat out a bunch, but now when you call in an order, the phone rings and rings, and told a thirty minute turn around, only to show up and the pizza hasn't even been started. Then to tell you that it will take 15 if they start it right then. The kicker was the price increase. The menu doesn't reflect these prices, the "system" does. $18.99 to $25.99. That's huge. Put in an online order and received the txt notifications. Got one saying they were real busy and pushed back my pickup time 20 mins. No big deal. While on my way there received the notification that my order was ready. Get there and they have not even started my order. Sit waiting patiently for about 15 mins then they tell me they are going to start my order now and I would have to wait 20-30 more mins. Mind you I ordered this about 1 hour and 10 mins before the UFC fights were to start for my family and guests. They finally told me that at 9pm they were going to start my order.
