My wife and I recently stopped here for dinner. My first impression was that the bartender was talking pretty loudly with a customer about someone that they both knew, they were saying some rather inappropriate things for a conversation had out in the open for anyone to hear in my opinion. We ordered our meals, my wife ordered the Burger and brat combo with fries, I ordered the Prime rib with baby reds and a cup of soup..... I like to try different soups so I asked the waitress about the Pizza Fiesta soup, the waitress said if you like pepperoni then you would probably like this soup. When we got to our table the soup was there, looking at it I wasn't sure what to think of it, I am still not sure what was in it, but I was fairly certain that there wasn't any pepperoni of any sort in the soup. My wife and I normally share our meals with each other, she smelled it and thought that it smelled bad....
Then our entrees arrived, my wife's burger looked pretty plain, the fries had no salt, she said the burger had no flavor other than the hint of a few spices from the brat patty. My prime rib looked pretty dry along with having a lot of cords in it.... the baby reds looked like small dry russets, visibly you couldn't tell that they were even baby reds. There was not flavor of any sort in anything that I ordered, I normally don't add much additional salt to my food, I added it to everything from this meal, even the aujus which seemed like a bland salt free beef both.
Needless to say, I doubt that we will be back because we both thought that the frozen pizza we had for our next meal was tremendously more appetizing than the food we ate...
Read moreVery poor service, owner is incredibly rude; probably one of the rudest business owners I've met. He got irrationally upset over me suggesting they should have a card reader in instead of making people pay $2 extra and undoubtedly making bank off of the ATM they have in the restaurant and causing their customers to pay more simply because they don't have the sense to do what just about every other business does.
Cash only, apparently. Sounds like they don't want to have a paper trail, maybe somebody should look into this. Could be they just don't want to pay the negligible fees of having the customer convenience of a card reader so they pass the costs onto the consumer. Either way, ripping money out of a customers hands and literally throwing it back at them is not a way to treat a paying customer.

Read moreNot good from the moment stopping in to eat took about 15 minutes to be acknowledged then it took 20 minutes to get food ordered so then we get to our table and then its still another 15 minutes to get our salad. Ok so why should we be asking 3 times for soup? The fish was actually alright once we recd it. Now here is the problem they only had 6 tables with between 2-3 people each and they had their orders 1 table of about 6 people finishing up there food. 1 waitress working because a waitress was off standing up for wedding and how that shouldnt have been allowed.
