House of Brews — Restaurant in Whitesboro

After passing this place a few times already my mama and I decided to go in and try it. Man was it the best decision ever! Great people, service, atmosphere and food and drinks! I asked if they had a London Fog and they didn’t, but Chris, the owner, took it upon himself to ask what was in it and looked it up and made it for me! It was soooo good and I’m very picky about them. Starbucks are the worst and cost so much where here it was amazing and half the price! The food was great and so fun chatting with everyone there! Definitely will be going back and found my new coffee house! If you’re in the area make sure to stop by! Oh and also make sure to check out the adorable earrings Kaylea makes! Drip coffee is very good. They also make specialty coffee drinks, like frappes and cappuccinos. Chorizo tacos were really tasty, loved the crispness on the tortillas.

The owner shared plenty of history about the furnishings. The guitar made from part of the old ballroom flooring from Cain's Ballroom in Tulsa. Take a close look at the "encyclopedias" in the book case in the back corner. History right in the dining area.

I ordered an iced chai latte with a shot of espresso, which is what I usually order when I go to any coffee shop, and this one was the best I've ever had! It looked like the ice cubes they used were frozen coffee/espresso instead of water, so your iced coffee doesn't get watered down, which was such a thoughtful touch.
