Arby's — Restaurant in Whitesburg

It was around 9 o'clock at night and I'm sure they were wanting to get out of their. The food was OK it was just barely warm. But the people were very friendly. 3/12/20 update Had them at 3 stars last time but tonight killed it all. I ordered the Brown Sugar Bacon BLT tonight 6 dollar sandwitch. I order it to go and get going down the road to find no bacon. Its the same little guy fixing the food. If he can't do better then he need just home. This is my last time at this one and I work for a big company and Ill make sure to pass it on to them to stop wasting...

Food was great! However, the customer service sucked. I had to ask for my sauce that they forgot, (no big deal. Small item, I forget things all the time) but multiple employees ignored me. When I was approached, the guy that got my sauce for me was obnoxiously rude about it. I didn't say anything, just smiled and said thank you cause there's no need to make his day worse. When you work in customer service, there are bad days but the whole environment here was negative, none of the employees were happy...

I stop here for breakfast one to two times a week. The drive-thru is always fast and accurate. Same fast service inside as well. Everything is always fresh when ordered. I recommend the ham and swiss croissant or the ham and swiss on sourdough for breakfast!! For lunch or dinner, the gyro is delicious! The sliders are always great as well. I prefer the chicken slider or the roast beef slider, but each of them are very good. This location is also very clean and well-kept. Can't go wrong...
