Taco Bell — Restaurant in Whitesburg

I think the resturant could run a bit smoother, very much trouble in the drive- threw, Every time I have come & ordered in the drive threw it comes out wrong everytime. When I come back to get it fix I get an argument & still do not get what I ordered, I don't even recieve compensation, No apolygy just a rude reply and the window closes & they walk away & ignor you. There is way to much gossip sitting & eating inside is like watching & listening to a soap opera, I have no clue who Britny is but must be a manager or supervisor & this girl with wild blond hair pulled up into a sloppy bun shortheavy set with glasses, just talks about this athority figure like she is the scum of the earth, and this i have heard outside of taco bell like wal-mart it's pretty bad, I mean this girl puts this womans personal life out there for everyone to hear & it is just awful. We come into sit down & eat our meal in peace not listen to kids cuss & put people's personal lives out there for everyone to hear. The food comes out very sloppy and cold nothing near what it should even look like it is just thrown together ask for extra sauce they give you either less or a whole bag of stuff you wont even use very waste full very costly. You have people selling drugs in the bathroom i was in a stall when this short heavy set wild blond haired girl came in there in her uniform and sold something called a subutech,,, I know i didn't spell it right sorry. but still she was on the clock that could of locked the door on your buisness, & the other girl was working there also cause she took our order. Later we come back to try it again and they messed up the order again so we just decided to eat in our vehical, it was nice out we had our windows down a bit, But had to leave because there was a very heavy set mid to late 20's crew cut smoking a pot cigarette out by the dumpsters. It just seems like to me as a customer who truly enjoys taco bells food that you need to get rid of the kids there just not responsible enough & surly do not have near the respect for the public that it takes to work in fast food or any resturant. I personaly think every new hire should have to go on a point system for 2 full weeks without there knowledge, & if they do not score a certin point or higher they should not get the job. There are to many people who would work very hard to have a good secure job to feed there families & pay there bills, & young kids that just wanna be lazy takes that away from a deserving person. I think you could have a really good resturant if you could just weed out the crapers. You have good managment and i have noticed some very polite people but there are still some that just don't need to be there..... You should seriously think about a point system on all levels even for the people that has been there for opening, I would go from front counter service to drive-thru, to food line, prep line. then cleaning. & into manegment. Might sound a bit stupid to you all but bet you woul benafit from it, & it is easy to do and easy to use. Use a point system on a scale of 1-20 , as if it was 1 - 100, if they score a 12 or less retrain or let them go. if it is a 12 or higher there worth keeping cause they care enough to listen & try, Look at if they call in take of sick & not i know this buisness could be ran allot better then it is. This Taco Bell is absolutely horrible. We went for dinner, approximately 6:15pm on a Thursday. When we pulled in the sign on the door said “lobby closed” My kids really had their hearts set on TB so I placed our order in the app to save time at the drive thru speaker, and in line. At the speaker I was told online orders take 10-15 minutes to show up inside. I’ve done this before, and I’ve never had to wait. The app showed they had received it. We are directed to pull around the building, park and wait before coming through the DT. Once they finally receive the order, we have to wait 10+ more minutes at the window for our food. I pull back around to the front of the store, park and check the food. My sons taco was not made correctly. I try knocking on the door to get it corrected, an employee looks over, makes eye contact and goes on about work so I walk to the DT window and ask for it to be corrected. They hand me another taco and I start back to my car, only to see it’s STILL NOT RIGHT. I slung it across their parking lot. I gave my son my taco and we drove across the street to Wendys picnic tables to eat. Then I find one of my tacos has the incorrect meat. We didn’t get forks, napkins, or sauce. I was very specific in the app about our order, and they completely destroyed it. As much as we enjoy TB, we will NOT go back to...

Been here 4 times everytime the orders have been wrong same with my family my nephew is allergic to lettuce and everytime my brother orders the boxes they seem to put extra lol....... the foods not bad it's the same as every taco bell I've eaten at they just can't seem to understand no lettuce. We went two days in a row it was the same person taking the order and the second day when we returned it the girl at the counter was very rude and told us that we should order it right the first time and that this was the second day that this had happened but when I showed her the receipt that showed I ordered it right and it was rung up right just put together wrong she became even ruder as if I was being difficult even though I was not even mad or anything I worked fast food as a kid I know how difficult it can be sometimes but she was just rude because she had to put her phone away to talk to me which didn't even bother me just her attitude. But again the food when corrected was good so I would recommend this place just check it...
