If you order after about 1 pm, don't expect the order to be correct, good or correct. We’ve went here quite a few times and they are consistently filling the orders wrong. Our last order, we ordered a chicken sandwich add cheese, add pickles. This was clearly in receipt and no pickles or cheese was present despite being charged. The same visit we ordered a hamburger, no cheese, minus Mayo and ketchup, add mustard. Also clearly on receipt. The burger received was seriously meat, bread and mustard. Same visit, ordered mozzarella sticks with ranch. Again on receipt. No ranch out even marinara sauce in msg. This was have been an easy fix but we ordered in app, picked up and drive home before realizing the order was 45% correct.
My husband goes here sometimes for lunch and his order will be correct and decent. The fries and tots are rarely hot on afternoon or super. Your lucky if the hamburger is even warm. Read moreI’ve had an overall bad experience with this Sonic almost every time I have went there. This particular incident, the girl that took my order was incredibly rude, did not have a proper greeting, and rushed me while I was giving my order. I asked my carhop, (which I could tell was not the same one who took my order due to her politeness) who was the girl that took my order? In which she replied that she didn’t know but could go find out for me if I would like, I said “yes please!” So my carhop returns saying that they wouldn’t give her a name in which she proceeded to tell me it was only her second day so she didn’t want to push the question but they had told her to tell me that “they are really busy and are sorry but if you order something they will take care of it for you”, in which I declined considering I already got what I came for. I gave them another chance after a few weeks, hoping it was a one-time issue—but the shakes were still rotten.
