Subway — Restaurant in Whitwell

I go to this store because it is on my way home. The older Indian couple are never friendly and I think they make up the rules as they go along. On the menu board it states 2x cheese. In the past I have gotten that even with a coupon. Today she told me that it states on the coupon that I can't have that and yet when I read the coupon it says no such thing. She became very belligerent because I asked. There are other things as well. I try hard not to go into this store when they are working because of how rude they are, I don't have this problem with other employees that work there in fact quite the opposite. I will probably check to see who is working or go to a different Subway even though it may be out of my way, or better yet go to Jersey Mike's where I can order what I want the way I want...

If I could give less than a star for this store, I would. This is the place to come if you want to see what a franchise that is run by disgruntled employees looks like. The staff don't want to be there and have no qualms about making that clear. You can't order most of what is on the menu it seems because either they don't have the ingredients or their dishes are 'dirty'. I literally was told I could have a sandwich heated because they didn't have any clean trays. This was at 330pm in the afternoon. So my take on that was, no one would be able to get their sandwiches heated because the 2 employees working weren't going to clean anything. No manager on site ever. High school kids literally run the restaurant by themselves at times, and it show. Stay away...

The worst subway that I have ever set foot in. Don’t waste your time and money using the subway app either. I have used it several times and they never have what you ordered. It might be different if they adjusted their pricing but they haven’t the last few times that I ordered. There was also no phone call to notify you that they were short on products.

My final visit to this location, I ordered a cheese pizza. They not surprisingly out of pizza crust. They had to make it on flatbread and did not have a box to put the “pizza” in. They put it in a paper bag and gave it to me, which was soaked with grease very quickly. If there was a zero star rating, that’s what I would give...
