Rude service from the manager. When I complained that the chips and salsa were on my bill after being told the day before they were free, instead of saying, "Sorry, I'll inform the waiter not to be telling people that," he instead started arguing with me as if I were lying, saying, "No, that's that not our policy," and "We don't get them for free, so we can't give them away for free." When I complained about his silly and rude comments to the head office, the vice president amazingly said, "The manager was correct and the waiter was mistaken," as if I had questioned the truthfulness of the manager, rather than complained about his rudeness. She then went on to that they had retrained the manager and the entire staff how to deal with customers who are "unhappy." Wow, how vague! What is that supposed to mean? I never said I was unhappy about the charges on my bill, I was just complaining about the manager's idiotic remarks, and it had nothing to do with the rest of the staff.
In my response, where I tried to make it clear that I never thought the manager was wrong, but was only complaining about his inappropriate rude remarks implying I was lying, I also complained that on my next visit, after a friend had ordered room temperature water from the waitress, the manager butted in and brought ice water. The vice president responded angrily, saying that the waitress was called away for a phone call, so the manager had to serve the water. Well, if true, he should have let us know the waitress was detained and certainly should have gotten the order correct. She then told me "take your business elsewhere," and never apologized for anything. These people are...

Enchiladas meat was ok, not as much meat as I would have expected. Beans and rice were good 👍 Taco meat - spicy! Good flavor though. Beef quesadilla - good size, but no flavor unless you load it with the sour cream, guac, tomato and lettuce that it comes with. As for the child's meal... After eating and reading the buffet small print 3yrs and under are free with a paying adult. The hostess was supposed to tell us as well as give us a small plate not the waitress/waiter. I was disappointed because the hostess seemed disconnected, very nice but should know to ask a child's age prior to sitting. I did speak with someone and since we ordered it off the ninos menu we couldn't take it off like it'd be the buffet because we were not informed. The nice gentleman I spoke with gave us a smidge of a discount which was nice and much appreciated because of the miscommunication.
The DRINKS were the best part! Sangria swirl and strawberry daiquiri had great flavor and packed a punch 👍
This is PRIMARILY a buffet place so if that's what you're looking for you can get a taste for almost everything that is offered on the menu. But... The waitress that we had was on top of her game even though she was going to each section of the restaurant for her tables, but...
Read moreThis is Mexican food served on an all you can eat buffet, so I'm good with it not being the absolute best Mexican food I've ever had. That being said, it is still pretty good. I am particularly fond of their enchiladas... I probably had eight during my last visit. They have tortilla chips, toco shells, tostada shells, too meat, and all the fixings to make your ideal toco or taco salad... actually, listing everything they have would be too exhausting. They do have kid friendly choices on the buffet as well, but have removed their ice cream machine for some reason. The waiters and waitresses are right on top of the drinks. The music and decore feel perfect for the food. I just love coming here, even though I can no longer eat near as much as I once could. There is no reason to leave without being full. They keep the buffet well stocked with a wide variety of food. I always like to come right when the buffet starts or during a rush, so I can not vouch for how fresh it is at other times. Sopapillas are by request only, which does mean they are...
