Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Wichita

Recently had the opportunity to try Chick-Fil-A as I have hears so.much good things about it. A co-worker and myself were recently in Wichita on business and while at the airport decided we would try Chick-Fil-A . A first time for both of us. I was in line waiting for my turn to order and noticed that when everyone sho placed an order was asked for their name so they could be called when their order was ready. My turn, I placed my order 2-Spicy chicken Sandwiches. I paid for my order, was asked my name. I no sooner tuenwd around and they called out my order, within 5 seconds of getting my order!!! How can that be made fresh. The 4 people on front of me were still waiting for their orders . Let me tell you within one half an hour of eating these sandwiches both my coworker and myself could tell that something was not right. What followed and is still happening is severe diarrhea and vomiting . This was a great first experience that we had to endure during our long day of delays during our return to Winnipeg. That will be my first and last time . If I could give this restaurant negative stars...

I am from GA (home of Chick-fil-A. I have been craving my #1 for several days so I was happy to see this location while traveling through Wichita.

Everyone knows Chick-fil-A is the leader in customer service and they set the standard for excellence. Unfortunately this location missed that mark. It's not even on the same street.

Getting my food was fine. No "it's my pleasure" which I always love to hear. It's just so kind. The biggest surprise was the language used at the front counter during an open employee discussion!

Apparently the staff member with dark hair and glasses feels like some folks aren't carrying their weight. (That's life man, get used to it). He was loudly and "passionately" sharing how he felt. F this and F that.

That word doesn't usually bother me. I have a foul mouth. But you will NEVER hear me using it in front of my clients. If Chick-fil-A has cameras at this location, you guys might want to take a look/listen around 3/315 on...

Short white manager who’s about 3ft 3 inches tall with the glasses have a really bad attitude. If you not a morning person please stay in the bed and let the other staff work and you pick up a evening shift please. Yes its 4 am but you have a job and it requires customer service. The cashiers were nice tho. But he could’ve stayed in the back.all he was doing anyway was walking in circles and they weren’t even busy.
