Chicken Chicken — Restaurant in Wichita

Very rude people, the lady rolled her eyes at me when I asked how much was the fish basket. She assumed I didn't see it but I did. Then I looked her straight in the eyes to let her know I was paying attention. She tried her hardest to keep her composer. But it was all in her body language that she had an attitude or issue with serving me. This was not the first time I experienced a issue with the customer service at this location. She over priced my last order or fish as well. She charged 30 some dollars for 2 meals. Of 2pc catfish. Not this time was the straw I had it up to here with this place. She need to work on her customer service skills. Or get out of that business all together.

But anyway the food I got pictures this time. The fish was slimy on the inside n crunchy on the outside like they defrosted the meat when we ordered it, this wasn't the first time I experienced this. But this is the last time I will be going there. Fries was hot n fresh no issues with that. My meal was missing the pickles on the side as will. N this happened over 4 times ordering here.

I wasted my money n time going here again. But good things IG the good didn't go to waste I feed it to the stray cats...

Holy cow this was good! I never would have tried this place without the reviews. It is tiny and the drive through didn’t initially look like a drive through. But oh wow - it was worth it. So so good! The fried okra is the BEST I ever had - crunchy with a tender middle, spiced just perfectly, and I would bet it was fresh okra. The chicken tenders were also amazing. Crunchy and tender with just enough crisp breading. They tasted like old fashioned fried chicken - no fancy spices - just great chicken shining through a crisp crust. They were great even the next day. The fries were actually fresh made and very good. This place is a hidden gem and we will be back. So much better than any other chicken place! The staff was nice to. It took a bit to get our order, I think they made it fresh when we ordered. So expect to wait a few minutes but so so worth it. So glad I read the reviews and tried it! Lets go..been here many times no lie, have to be honest. Today im done so im telling. Broken pavement and impossible to go through the drive-thru without reversing in a tight little driveby trap style U-turn. The food is way too salty if you get the lemon pepper wings, or fries im pretty sure i have high blood pressure now, my feet feel tight. Dude had a real condescending foreign personality in my opinion, on the phone. Talking down like I'm wasting his time trying to find consistency. When i mentioned what i purchased last time "Hey you called chicken chicken brotha, what you want. The phone edaquet is a 0 as well. I have never wanted to punch someone thru the phone, so badly. Super rude. Disrespectfully calling me "brotha" and being unprofessional as a business. Very inconsistent pricing. It depends when you ordered, on what it cost or if its available. I won't be going back again. I have noticed the drive thru, that once was always packed, hardly ever has a customer anymore and they just lost...
