Read moreHere's a 3/5 star review of Billy Burger in Wilbur, WA: Billy Burger: A Classic with Room for Improvement Billy Burger in Wilbur is a classic small-town burger joint with a long history. It's a charming spot that evokes a sense of nostalgia. The restaurant itself has that classic diner feel, and it's definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. Unfortunately, the quality of the ingredients has noticeably declined over the years. While the fries are still crispy and delicious, and the shakes are thick and creamy, the burgers themselves have taken a hit. The beef patty can sometimes be a bit dry, and the toppings feel a bit less fresh than they used to be. Despite these shortcomings, Billy Burger still holds a special place in the hearts of many locals. It's a place to grab a quick bite and enjoy the small-town atmosphere. If you're not too picky about the quality of the ingredients and are looking for a classic diner experience, Billy Burger is still a decent option. Overall: Pros: Classic diner atmosphere, good fries and shakes, nostalgic value. Cons: Declining quality of ingredients, burgers can be dry. Rating: 3/5 stars. I hope this...
Read moreWe stopped in for a shake. I highly recommend the jumbo shake if your sharing with another person. We got the strawberry and it was delicious. Also ordered the cheeseburger, it comes deluxe, with lettuce , tomato, onion, relish, pickles. It was a perfect classic burger with all the fixings. The fries also yummy. Some crunchy, some soft. Perfectly paired with tartar and fry sauce.
The cool thing about the inside is they had a couple cases of salt and pepper shakers on display. The Mt. St. Helen before and after the eruption was really cool and unique.
The cashier was nice and friendly and said she liked my name.
Will definitely stop by when driving...
