Subway — Restaurant in Willard

I went to buy a sandwich as I approached the counter this young lady asked if she could help. As I started to order she proceeded to scratch her head, scratch her armpit, and then cough into her glove, and then she asked me if she could help me. I promptly told her no thank you. And walked out. I attempted to contact supervisor and all I received was a fax machine. I may never eat at this subway, & I hope that nobody else does either. That is a very unsanitary thing they are doing. :( To add: I just got off the phone with Ryan the supervisor and he was very polite and friendly. He had stated that they are not allowed to give out any free food. I had told him I was not asking for free food. But that his staff needed to be retrained! It is under new management! The place is getting better and better. They have tons of regulars and people walk away satisfied if not happy all the time. I eat here all the time. The staff are polite and friendly, sanitary, and have great teamwork to get you exactly what you want. During a rush you might have to wait just a bit. But the wait is definitely worth it. The place is always clean when I'm here. It is hard to see this subway ever leaving...

Literally would not let me customize my sandwich. I repeatedly said I would rather just pick my toppings and the two girls working kept looking at me weird and telling me that it would be a lot easier if I just picked a sandwich from the menu.
