Arby's — Restaurant in Williams

I spent almost $30 at this place. Went thru the drive thru on 7/1/22. I ordered a beef n cheddar combo because I love the red ranch on the sandwich. When I paid, the worker asked if I wanted any sauce and I requested a side of red ranch. When she handed me the bag, she threw in the arbys sauce packs. I said umm can I please have a side of red ranch that comes on the sandwiches. These packages are not red ranch, huge difference in taste. She scoffs at me along with a huge eye roll!!! This is what she hands me back as a side of red ranch in the plastic container. Must be a teaspoon or less. I don’t care if I have to pay if the policy has changed, but what a rude employee. Does she not know that consumers pays her wages? I don’t expect being treated so rudely when I spend hard earned money at establishment’s like Arbys or anywhere else. As a long time Arby's fan I've never had a problem I love in fact Ruben sandwich so much I could eat every day at least two until I came up on this particular Arby's late at night. It's in the truck stop in Williams California that is part of a Love's truck stop and have been in multiple times after midnight waited 10 or more minutes for the people to come from behind the back only to get my order 20 minutes later ice cold and wrong. I've been in Arby's customer for almost 59 years. All your mega star reviews for daylight reviews anything at night was three or less mostly one. I walk in the Love's of three in the morning and they treat me like God I walk in the Arby's I have to wake someone up. Worst Arby's experience I've had, location was out of roast beef.... That's 50% of the menu and embarrassing for a place that uses "we have the meats" as it's catch phrase. Still placed an order for turkey sandwiches ordered 4. Went to fill my drinks and all the machines were out of order, was told to use the machine at the establishment next door.... Got my order and left, down the road 5 mins and realized one sandwich was missing, returned to the counter and the server got rude with me like it was my fault they forgot one of my sandwiches. And the final kicker was when we tried our sodas they tasted like dirty water, and were undrinkable. Really hope management looks this over as this location is attached to a large truck stop. Will...
