McDonald's — Restaurant in Williamsville

Never fails they will forget something! EVERY TIME! Staff is to busy playing who's the boss. Who's job is what. But it ain't their job. So sick off spending money for nothing!!!!!! 3 times they have forgotten fries. Tom many times to count as far as ordering something without onions or without lettuce or without tomato they can't seem to get it right during the day the poor guy that works at night gets it right every time in the fries are always hot but that's only at night during the day you get cold fries or fries that they have dropped in the fryer again to warm up and they play games playing grab-ass and worrying about what they're doing when they get off work and said it taken care of people's orders and keeping them hot but as they get cold it's like they're almost trying to make the population sick I think they have the attitude that they will not never ever see these people again because they're just driving through town some of us live close by and we do go up there for convenience,,, time to start going to Subway I guess hopefully they're not owned by the same person. McDonald's employees want paid more because they work so damn hard will they need to step up to the plate and act like they make that kind of money and act like a human being that makes money that enjoys their job or they need to find another one and start getting these orders right you guys have countless countless complaints from people this is probably my 15th complaint I've only lived here five years, you bet somebody's going to call you back and try to give you a bunch of free cold ass food to make you feel better but do they ever solve the problem...

Went there with my wife and daughter. We're on a family vacation from Minnesota, We ordered a number 7, no mustard, no pickles, no onions, a number one, and # 5 five with small shakes. The lady taking our order messed it up completely. She was a very young lady, probably new. As we're waiting for our food, I see one of the cooks put his thumb all the way in his mouth, as if he burned his finger. I asked if somebody else could make our shakes because I just saw him put his hand in his mouth. The manager said (he will wash it). They did not give me one of the shakes. The young lady didn't type it in. I payed extra for it. They gave us one cheeseburger, only ketchup and mustard, and my daughter is not going to eat that mustard. Additionally we only got one cheeseburger instead of two.I went back in and said I had a problem they said I had to go back out to my truck and get the other cheeseburger.I said we only received 1 then they were going to give me one cheeseburger instead of two cheeseburgers because I only returned one. The manager was a brat, and Told me to go get my receipt, which I did. I ended up paying for an additional cheeseburger. Hope service around here is better than that. I'm glad I don't have to deal with this McDonald's regularly. We did send a review to whoever gets them when you send a review from...

the only reason I'm giving this places 2 stars instead of one is because a girl named Jocelyn was so sweet after this horrible experience. Stephanie claimed to be the one on the speaker and said her managers name that also spoke to us on the speaker, was crystal. first, she rushed us rudely. and then claimed that they can't make a no carb McChicken. as I've worked at McDonald's plenty of times, I knew that they could. we called it (thru the speaker) both low carb and a sandwich wrapped in lettuce. so when they said they couldn't do it, we waited til we got to the window to ask if they have leaf lettuce. of course they did so we told them to take the bread off and wrap it in lettuce. we waited 15 minutes at the least. about the last 5-7 minutes of that, Jocelyn came to the window and asked us what we were waiting for. we told her the whole story and she turned around and told them to give us what we were waiting on, so they could get their to the road line moving. Stephanie had the most shameful attitude any business would despise when I was asking for names. and was so worried about coming off witty that she forgot to have us pay! but JOCELYN made us all...
