I just had a terrible experience at Gaetano's . My daughter and I sent my granddaughter to pick up three slices of pizza .My granddaughter was informed that three additional slices were added to the box because the three slices that were cooked initially were burnt. Once we returned to our home we couldn't believe our eyes. There are six slices of Pizza thrown in a box like garbage. One slice was placed on a plate on top of the other slices. So guess what it was stuck to the other slices. The slices were also to hard. I became very irrated when I saw the disrespect due to the presentation of this food. I went back to speak to the manager asking him for a refund. The manager informed me this is the way two of his employees like the pizza. My response was the food was placed in the box like garbage who does this? So he refunded me my money and arrogantly told me to have a nice day!!! I believe the corporate office should be abreast about this incident. And you have a nice day cook of the year!!! PS he looks far from a cook.In my opinion if they were to turn on the lights ,we will see all the filth in the dining area and in the kitchen . It's too dark and dismal to be serving food.Wake up Willingboro there are other Gaetano's which are clean and the lighting will allow a customer to see what they are consuming. Try Sopranos they are clean and accomodating. The lights are bright. They need to hire individuals who care about the proper handling of food. You know what Gordon Ramsey says about dark eating establishments. Gaetano's will not ever receive business from this family."What they once were years ago they...
Read moreEither the cooks can't read or don't care, or the order is not being taken properly. I've been coming here for years but it's been a min and I came twice over this past weekend and both times the food was missing items, I was told upon arrival that they were out of what I ordered (mind you, I called the order in and they could've called me back to tell me that) during the second visit and I had to wait for something else to be cooked, I was given the bottom of the pan old, and clumpy, discolored cheese wiz. Charged for cheese the first time and didn't get it and no pickles on the side as requested. To make matters worse I picked up my order last night made it all the way to Bear Delaware to find out my food was still wrong it was not supposed to have tomatoes and onions on it and it had tomatoes and onions on it. I'm greatly disappointed as a food service worker who was an exceptional waitress for years and now a chef. After an 11-hour shift I would hope to come home to not cook and eat one of my favorite sandwiches from gaetano's but I was greatly disappointed twice in 3 days. I would make sure if you were my guest your food would be perfect everything you wanted would be there and if something on the plate doesn't look appealing I wouldn't...
Read moreI was at Pennypacker location yesterday I love going to that one because it’s the original location as far as I know, anyway, I ordered a small cheesesteak with stuff I like on it and some chicken tenders and fries. I’m waiting for my food and I looked over at the grill I saw a steak it was done almost and I was wondering if it was mine so while that was cooking the cook he pulled out a whole glob of raw steak and threw it on the grill, and took the same spatula that he was using the cooked food with and started moving Raw Meat meat and then took that same spatula and went back over and scoop my cheese steak up and put it on the bread and while he did what he was doing while I was saying to the cashier I hope that’s not my cheesesteak and she said I think it is why and I said because he just took the same spatula that he was using to cook with cook food and started stirring in the raw meat and then went back to my steak and I don’t want that he’s gonna have to remake it, well the cook told her to give me a refund which was a better option, because why would I stand and wait for him to make me that mess to do it all over again no I just wanna let you know no good cook no more at the...
