FAT G's BBQ & CATERING — Restaurant in Williston

They set up here on UF's campus and it's the only thing I eat in the Union. The food they offer give me the vibe of something homemade and I feel like nowhere else on campus offers that taste.

When you think of quality food and what it's supposed to taste like, Fat G's meets every bar imaginable. Today I ordered the Porter Rice Bowl and it does everything you'd want it to do. The spices used allow for your mouth to be filled with an a burst of flavor that you can't enough of. I started eating here last semester and had their brisket nachos. Let me tell you, the sauce they use makes you want to shove the whole plate in your mouth. Mixing it with the sour cream and their homemade spices really brings out the best flavoring imaginable.

I think i've tried everything on the menu, except I think next time I go I'll have chicken instead of brisket to see how it compares. If you ever are on UF's campus, you should...
