Los Cabos Family Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Williston

My wife and I live in north east Montana and rarely get out for a date night. We heard Los Cabos had great food so we chose to do a 270 mile round trip to try it out. We were excited. My wife had 2 of the top shelf margaritas and enjoyed them. We spilt a shrimp cocktail for an appetizer. Yummy. I ordered chili Colorado chili verda combo. She ordered chicken and shrimp fajitas. She doesn't eat red meat. She was brought steak and shrimp. We sent it back. No big deal. About 15 minutes later she was brought steak and chicken fajitas. Waited about 10 minutes for the correct order. She lost the mood to stay seated and eat. So I boxed everything up and drove home. The chili Colorado was good out of our microwave. One of our absolute favorite places to eat in Williston. The food & service are consistantly great every time we've dined in and ordered to go. Their chicken tortilla soup is the best in town for sure! The shredded beef, whether in the enchiladas, chimichanga, or tostada salad, is so good & packed with flavor. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. Food comes out pretty quickly and has always been fresh and hot, not like some places where you can tell it's been sitting under a heating lamp for a bit or reheated. I would definitely recommend...

This is now my favorite Mexican restaurant in the country. I am staying in the hotel that is approximately 50 yards from the restaurant. This restaurant has had me in a chokehold for the whole six days I've been in Williston. The steak and chicken fajitas are PHENOMENAL. The steak burritos are best I've had.
