We were really excited to try The Pasta Place and even made the trip up from West Plains. Our server was friendly and professional, but unfortunately, the food was a major letdown.
Our fettuccine Alfredo contained three pieces of metal wire, likely from a grill brushâan alarming safety issue. On top of that, my chicken Parmesan was downright inedible. Iâll eat just about anything, but this tasted off, almost like alcohol, and looked more like a burger patty than chicken. The rest of our food was just okay, but nothing worth raving about.

Everything was absolutely excellent. In fact, it was so good we went two days in a row. And the prices are unbelievable. Itâs plenty of food too. Second visit, we had the rigatoni and chicken Alfredo. Oh-my-word! The Alfredo sauce was to die for!!!! I wiped the sauce off my plate it was that good! Each meal comes with a big bowl of salad and some breadsticks. The owner/chef herself will bring your food out to your table after she has cooked it.
