Burger King — Restaurant in Wilmington

On my way to the doctor's, I tried to stop for food but the line at the window was out to the street,, so I decided to return after the visit.. When I returned, It took 32 minutes to order and get through drive thru!! There were no dine in customers and I was the 4th car in line. The lady ahead of me reached out for items six times! I first thought she was giving them a hard time but as she was about to pull off from the window and I began to pull forward, she stopped, got out and walked back to the window. She tapped on the glass, said something to the female worker there and the worker handed the customer a bag of food and drink then slammed the window closed. The customer tapped again for straws in which the employee held out the straws and again, slammed the window shut. The customer looked frustrated and "done". When I got to the window, I watched the employees change out drawers and the new guy handed me a small drink instead of the medium I ordered. When I questioned it, he asked me to repeat my order,. Then I waited for him to gather my order. Although the guy was friendly with a half smile, there was a woman, I assume the female worker that slammed the window, fixing a drink and drinking from it,, then fussing about what someone "better not touch" of hers while clutching her drawer of money that I watched them remove from the register. When I finally left, after waiting 32 minutes in drive thru,, my burger was cold and sloppy. The globs of mayo were on the wrapper and top of the bun. The sandwich looked like it had been fixed that morning, and this was after 3. Then it cost me almost $12 for a burger,...

Do Not Eat Here! Do not eat here, The drive thru employee dropped some of my food on the floor and I watched her rewrap the sandwich trying to hide her putting it back in the bag and rebagging the entire order to make it look inconspicuous. I couldn't believe that so I asked her if she did and she was hesitant and acting like it didn't happen. Literally their solution was faking the whole bagging process and throwing it in there. Who does that? The manager offered no assistance for this issue. Had no regard that what happened was a huge health code violationnor offer to apologize for that. Absolutely disgusting, so I asked for a refund and gave the food back because of that's how they act as a staff then there is no telling what else they do that is a huge health code violation. Definitely calling the health department! Already reached out to general manager so hopefully they can put a stop to this...

WORST Burger King in town. Pulled up around 10 am to get Breakfast and the lady on the speaker said “ just to let you know we only have sausage egg and cheese and bacon egg and cheese crossantwiches, nothing else on the menu”. So I ordered a double SAUSAGE EGG AND CHEESE crossantwich and she said “ nope don’t have that”. Is it not made with the same ingredients?!?! So I said okay give me two sausage egg and cheese crossantwiches. Then I order to EGG and CHEESE crossantwiches and guess what ? “ We don’t have that” !!!! Really???? If your sandwiches are sitting back there premade sitting for hours just pull the meat off!!! Unbelievable. Will NOT be back to this location. I am sure it will be closing down very soon. No wonder there are McDonald’s on every corner but Burger...
