MC's Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Wilmington

We entered after 5pm to find an empty restaurant and bar. This made us a little nervous about the food quality. That said, it was solid pub food and certainly in the top one-third of burgers I've had this year. Service was quick and the staff was attentive.

No idea why this place was empty. It would do with a good clean job. The black filth around the air vents was a little off-putting and the men's bathroom has off-colored goo on the walls.

I will say that with the downtime they have from few customers, placing some of it into cleaning wouldn't be a bad thing. That said, I am nitpicking a few minor things. This place deserves...

Chose this place at random after looking in the area for somewhere to grab something to eat, definitely a locals, hang out to catch a drink and watch a game. I found the food to be a good quality and taste, price was cheap, I sat and had three drinks with my dinner, while I watched the game and walked away with a bill that made me happy.the staff all seem to work well together as they were all busy running back-and-forth between the kitchen and bar helping each other out. Always love the Monday special, which is 2 sliders and fries. They have great fries, and if you love bbq sauce, ask for the honey BBQ sauce. In my opinion it's the best tasting BBQ dipping sauce I've had. The burgers have spoiled me, and made me not enjoy other local burgers, because it is that good. Tons of options for burgers and fries. Large portions, so be careful getting a specialty fry with a burger (which is also another day of the week special) .... fried mushrooms is also great, and amazing loaded nachos.... can't speak any more highly of this place, I actually do enjoy...
