B.C. Pizza of Boyne City — Restaurant in Wilson Township

We have always LOVED our BC pizza for the last 10 years. We LOVE the delivery to home! And the almost always great food!! Tonight I told my husband I’m over it. I get the occasional missing sauce! Or the undercooked chicken spi roll! But we had to go threw hoops tonight to get my chicken bowl delivered That was “not on our order “ as we were told ! once’s my husband expressed several times we don’t ever complain and we don’t look for the “free food” and told him the options given to us over the phone were not on The BC Menu online he went threw our entire order and said What we have in the house currently doesn’t add up to almost $70! we just want what we paid for. FINALLY AFTER ALMOST 15mins! the manager said our order was on it way! Less than10 mins (my husband was on the phone longer with management than it took to deliver)we received it by delivery and it was just about cold! So that tells me it was forgotten! I get mistakes happen! But own up! And don’t try to make your customers look like liars! I would hope on a good day it would take a bit longer To prep,cook and deliver! Long time BC Pizza lover here, and as much as i do not like being overly negative this needs to be said. The quality of service from BC Pizza is a shot in the dark from where it used to be. The amount of times i've had problems just ordering pizza over the last few months, its mind boggling. First off, not all the employees are lazy. Put yourself in my shoes, its been a long day. You order pizza for delivery. Wait an hour and call to find out where the pizza is. Find out they put it in for pickup. (even though you confirmed the address and added tip for the delivery driver) What would you do? Second, getting a pizza that you have to throw in the microwave seems to be the fad when delivering to me. The amount of times i've had the wrong pizza made. LOTS. Simply put, If you are going to charge 28 bucks for a specialty pizza but you cant deliver it still hot, you have lost all credibility to me, at that point its just a scam. I am sorry to leave such a bad review but im so sick of just being walked all over all the time and just keeping my mouth shut.

I placed an order at 6:40pm with a specific request for the driver to call me when they arrive due to the layout of the resort we are staying at. Not only did they not call at anytime, they claimed to have arrived but no one answered and just left. Mind you, I placed three calls during that time being told on the second call after waiting an hour and a half for a pizza/breadsticks that they were on their way. I called the third time to be told they don’t have a driver and will bring my, at this point, cold pizza back when they find the time or I could pick it up myself. Absolutely appalled at this treatment and the terrible customer service. No one was on the same page, and they did not even make an effort to call themselves when requested during the order. I do NOT recommend this location to anyone who is trying to feed a family on vacation. Not only will they not communicate, but they will show no care whatsoever to their customers.
