I used to visit this place regularly but it has gone down hill. It’s been a few months since I’ve been here. I wasn’t given a menu when I sat down or when they gave me coffee or when water was brought a few minutes later and then I was asked if I needed a menu. I’ve never seen this server before so I don’t understand why she asked me this. The prices on the menu are no where near the actual prices. I ordered food that was $10 on the menu but $17 on the bill. The old servers were making rounds with coffee on the regular and now she made one in 20 minutes. Ordered a skillet and the potatoes were more mush than hash browns. Wasn’t a hot meal when I got it. Not one to return food so I ate it. Got scoffed at by the server because I asked for a hot sauce they always had before and didn’t want the other sauces. What made this place great was the food, service and prices. Read moreFantastic cafe/diner. It’s what I like to call a “small town hidden gem”. Off the beaten path, known and loved by locals. Excellent food and atmosphere. Cafe was packed (arrive at noon) and there was one table open. Service was great, friendly and efficient. Prices were perfect.
