This place is a disaster. There is one lady in particular. Pam I believe is so unbelievably rude. I had gotten a sandwich while I was driving to a class I take 1.5 hours away. By the time I was 35-40 minutes away I noticed two bites in that the bacon was black and burnt and it wasn't on the right bagel. I figured I'd go back in after my class which I did. I showed Pam the sandwich and she looks at me and I knew she was going to give me attitude. She's like well hours ago? Why're you here now? I told her about my class and she rolled her eyes. I asked for a refund instead of another sandwich and she gave me more attitude. She was annoyed with me from the start. I won't lie I got upset but no yelling was heard. Read moreNo counter service??? I have been to this Dunkin a couple of times before today and have very pleasant interactions with the staff. Very polite and never had an issue with my orders. That is why I was a bit surprised today when, after being on the road for a while, I needed to stretch my legs so I decided to walk into the store for my iced coffee. I was greeted with an employee saying “only serving drive through today” and abruptly walked away. No, sorry for the inconvenience or an explanation at all. There were three people working and did not seem to be overly busy, steady but again, it’s a Dunkin Donuts after all. I never have left a negative review before but felt compelled as I am not sure if perhaps a manager needs to know about this situation. I have never seen a Dunkin that stops serving hot coffee and food over an hour before they close. Why even be open?
I have also never been to a restaurant where they not only do not warn you that the card reader has stopped working before you order, but then toss your drinks when you do not have cash. No coffee for this exhausted mother today.
Not to mention the manager is rude and makes you feel like you are inconveniencing them by ordering anything within an hour or so...
